2 star hotels in rome?

Can anyone recommend a nice 2 star hotel, in the city center in rome, Italy?
clean and central!
please speak put of personal experience!

Normally, I don't normally stay at two star places, but the Hotel Romano in Rome has a very good location across from the Forum in Rome and is often a good value. It has high ratings from other guests than me as well as you can see from the reviews. http://www.venere.com/hotels/rome/hotel-romano/

    I have to agree with conley39, I've actually been to Hotel Romano and it was very good for its star rating. Plus it was also pretty cheap!
