This Rome vacation rental is about 80 sqm and it has, as well, a terrace of 80 msq; it is quite unique in its kind.
Situated on the first floor of a small 18th century apartment building, it enjoys a nice terrace-garden.
The large living room, very bright, faces the terrace, furnished with a nice table and deck-chairs, a fountain and an external shower.
In the living room there is a nice double sofa bed with puff, an antique dinner table, elegant chairs, a beautiful cupboard, a bookcase, TV color (satellite) and telephone.
The double bedroom is furnished with an antique king-size bed, an antique chest of drawers, a writing desk, an old chair and a big wardrobe. From the window it is possible to see part of the Trajans Forum.
In the single bedroom there is a single bed, an antique desk and a wardrobe.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas-stove, oven, fridge, washing-machine, pots, cutlery and a nice kitchen cupboard.
The bathroom with a shower-box is very characteristic.
This Rome vacation rental has recently been completely restored and nicely finished with wooden-beam ceiling and a terracotta floor.
The gas heating is indipendent.
The holiday accomodation is very quiet and bright; it comes complete with linens.

Seven steps are required to reach the building’s elevator. Just outside the front door is an osteria with outdoor seating. It’s open for lunch and dinner. The keyholder can also provide good dining suggestions such as Ada’s, a restaurant run by two elderly women where you set your own table and pick up your food from the kitchen. You’d better do as mamma says.
Since Rome’s Termini station is nearly two miles away, we recommend a cab on arrival day. Buses to all of the leading attractions stop within 200 yards. Within a 400 yard stroll is the Pantheon or Campo dei Fiori.
A half mile walk leads to the Trevi Fountain or Castel Sant’Angelo and within three quarters of a mile are the Spanish Steps and Via dei Condotti.

This beautiful 80 square meters apartment is part of an elegant building with a caretaker and lift. Its location is in the Prati, St.Peters area, at about 200 meters from the Vatican Museum.
In this area, the housing dates from the late 19th and early 20th Century. The area is safe to walk in and you can enjoy window-shopping and appreciate delicious food in excellent restaurants all around the area. There is also an excellent open market on Via Andrea Doria and a flower market on Via Trionfale.
You can also find in Prati plenty of cinemas, theatres and cafés.
